We took our first pic together post transplant. We took these to thank Brian’s coworkers for the big basket of goodies they brought over.

Brian’s still fast asleep but I’ve been up since 7:30. I made a photo album with some of my favorite Brian pics to pass the time. It’s amazing how much healthier he looks now after his transplant. Love mah stinker. :)

I went up and saw Brian today at about 10:15 AM. He looked SO good….I mean, he still had all of the tubes in him but he looked so healthy. I got to stay with him longer than normal so that was nice. I really miss having him around the house to talk to.

I’ve been up to see Brian at 8, 10 and 12 today. He’s still doing great, the nurses and doctors have said that things are going better than expected. He’s still in a lot of pain though. They’ve said that he’s got Pleurisy (also known as pleuritis) which is an inflammation of [...]

It’s been an excellent day. Brian cmae out of his surgery lucid and so strong. He looks healthier than he has in at least 3 years.
